If you identify as trans femme and fall outside our current size range please fill out our form and let us know your measurements and fit concerns so we can keep them in mind as we design future collections. We are designing for you and would love to hear your feedback and requests.
We strongly recommend handwashing all of your lingerie in cool or room temperature water. There are specialty soaps designed for this purpose such as Soak®, but in a pinch you can also use body wash! If it’s gentle enough for your bits, it's gentle enough for your lingerie.
Your lingerie can be laid flat or hung to air dry. Please, please, please do not put your intimate apparel in the dryer.
Treating your delicate lingerie with care will help it last and stay beautiful longer! The aggressive tumble of washing machines and dryers can cause stretching or snagging, and high heat can cause elastic fibers to become brittle and snap, resulting in your garments losing their shape and stretch.
Of course, feeling gender euphoric in your lingerie is for everyone! While our garments are specially made with the sizing needs of trans femmes in mind, we have found that many AFAB people also find a wider gusset more comfortable, and can benefit from an expanded range of band sizes.

Absolutely! Regardless of how you identify, we support everyone’s ability to play with their gender expression and feel beautiful! Our designs are specially sized for trans femmes, but the extra room in the gusset means our panties can be comfortably worn by anyone with external genitalia. There is also room to wear our lingerie with a packer, but not a packing compartment in our current styles.

If your order has not yet shipped and you need to make any changes or cancellations please contact us right away at hello@immogeneolivia.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Cancellation requests received prior to an item shipping are eligible for refund, but are subject to a 10% fee from the payment processor which will be deducted from your total refund amount.
