U.S. Shipping

Shipping within the US is a flat rate of $10 for Standard Shipping. Your order will usually arrive within 5-7 business days from when it ships. Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. (Orders over $150 will have the option of free standard shipping.)

To get your items sooner you can select Priority Mail for a flat rate of $15. Your order will usually arrive within 2-3 business days from when it ships. Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to select countries with DHL Express Mail or UPS. Your order will usually arrive within 7 business days from when it ships. Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Shipping costs are calculated by the carrier at checkout. 

Shipping Terms

Tracking information will be provided when your order ships. Delivery times are not guaranteed and can vary due to the carrier’s operations and schedule. Immogene Olivia LLC is not liable for delays, damages, or losses in transit.  All duties and tariffs for international shipments are the responsibility of the buyer. Any issues with shipments or deliveries must be disputed with the shipping carrier.

Unworn garments can be returned for store credit or be exchanged for another size within 14 days of receipt. We are only able to offer returns or exchanges for items shipped within the US at this time. Any discounted or promotional items, or items that are marked final sale are not eligible for exchange.

Customers are required to pay for return and replacement shipping on all exchanges and returns. Returned items must be in new, unworn condition with all tags intact. We reserve the right to deny a return/exchange of any garments that are worn, stained, damaged, have missing or damaged tags, or are otherwise unsaleable.

To initiate a return please contact us at hello@immogeneolivia.com for a RMA number.  Returns that are not pre-approved and issued an RMA number before shipment will not be accepted. Any returns without an RMA number will not be accepted or returned to you. 

If an item you receive is incorrect or defective please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the affected garment and we will help resolve the issue.

If your order has not yet shipped and you need to make any changes or cancellations please contact us via email at hello@immogeneolivia.com or via the pop up chat and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Any cancellation requests received prior to an item shipping are eligible for refund, but are subject to a 10% fee from the payment processor which will be deducted from your total refund amount.

If your order has already shipped, no cancellations or refunds can be issued.
