MEASUREMENT GUIDE
Directions: Wrap a soft tape measure snugly around your body to find the circumference for all the necessary horizontal measurements, making sure you are keeping the measuring tape parallel with the floor-a friend or mirror can be helpful for this. For vertical measurements lay the tape flat across the body from one point to another.
You will not need all measurements for every garment.
Tip: If you do not have a soft measuring tape you can also measure your circumference with a ribbon or string and then lay it flat to measure with a ruler or metal tape measure.
